YEB Edition 11 - Day 1

DAY1 : The 11th Edition of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Bootcamp (YEB) 2025 at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony led by Prof. Souri Banerjee, Director, BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, whose address highlighted the importance of nurturing curiosity, resilience, and problem-solving skills at a young age.

We were honoured by the presence of our Chief Guest, H.E LAILA EL ATFANI, COE, Women Business Circle, Goodwill Ambassador, The Royal House of Queen Sheeba, and Crown Senator, who passionately motivated students on why entrepreneurship is essential in today’s evolving global landscape and how young minds can play a pivotal role in shaping the future.

The ceremony was further enriched by our Guests of Honour:

Mr. Rizwan Adatia, Chairman, COGEF Group - RAF Global, who shared his inspiring journey of building a global enterprise from humble beginnings, reinforcing the values of perseverance and vision.

Mr. Prateek Suri, Founder, Maser Group and an alumnus of BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, reflected on his entrepreneurial journey that began right here on campus, and also marked the launch of his book offering students a relatable and motivating example of turning ideas into impactful ventures.

The day also featured engaging learning sessions led by Prof. Padmanabhan (Padhu) Seshaiyer, who conducted an insightful session on Idea Generation, along with Prof. Harpreet Bedi, Ph.D. who conducted an interactive workshop on 3D Printing, sparking curiosity and excitement as students explored the intersection of technology and innovation.

The day concluded with a Dubai city tour, giving participants the opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant landscape and gain firsthand exposure.
