While in college, Akhil also co-founded Cubito.in for which he was awarded as 'One of the most inspiring start-up’ of 2013 from India (by yourstory). Cubito.in aimed to change the way people travel in India by providing best comfort to cost ratio possible. He is also a co-founder of Invol.in that works with many leading news channels of India like, TimesNow, MirroNow, Etnow, ETV and provides them a platform to engage their users.

Lohit is the Founder & CEO at Edzok. Lohit graduated from BITS Pilani in 2009, and started his company from the business incubator at BITS Pilani. Since then Lohit has worked with governments, chain of schools and higher ed institutions to better different aspects of education. Lohit was also instrumental in executing UDAAN by CBSE to empower underprivileged girl children write JEE. Lohit's was ranked globally among top 25 by the Alan Alda Centre for Communicating Science at the Stony Brooke University. Lohit has also been named the "Star Entrepreneur of the Year" at IIIS and has been the recipient of BITSAA Global 30 Under 30 Award. Lohit has been a speaker at TEDx, Harvard's HUII and others.

A 22 year old BITS Pilani alumnus. In 2018, he founded a child-welfare and education-focused nonprofit, YuvaSpark. Yuvaspark is digitizing learning at Anganwadi centres and improving infrastructure at orphanages. Over the last 5 years,they have engaged 700+ volunteers and impacted 346,000+ beneficiaries in 10 states of India. Funded by companies like Amazon and BCG.
In 2020, he founded Grey Night, a conservation tech company. Akarsh believes every young person has the power to become a Changemaker!

Cdr. Ananthanarayanan graduated from the University of Bombay in 1973. He was thereafter selected as a Postgraduate Research Scholar by the Tata Memorial Cancer Research Centre, Mumbai for research in Cancer. He then continued his postgraduate research in the Bio-Medical sciences field at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. Love for an outdoor career prompted him to join the Indian Navy as a Commissioned Officer in 1977. After voluntary retirement, he launched Goa’s FIRST Free to Reader Neighbourhood Newspaper – Vasco Watch in August 1999. This neighbourhood newspaper has now been in print for 23 years and reaches 17000 homes every fortnight.

Energinee Innovations is solving the problem of Waste management by using it for making eco-friendly products by Jail Inmates. They have upcycled 12,650 metric tonnes of waste, preventing it from getting into the water Bodies, Offsetted 320 metric tonnes of chemical pesticides in the waste management journey.
He is recipient of awards like by Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Chief Minister of Haryana, Young Entrepreneur award by Great Noida Authority, Udyam Veer Award by MSME and Appreciated by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, Young Changemaker of the Year Award by the Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitaraman and many more. His story has been featured as a Documentary on Amazon Prime by the name "Ashes to Idols."

Yashveer leads the “Ashoka Young Changemakers” program at Ashoka. Ashoka Young Changemakers program was launched in the year 2018 to identify, select and build a global community of Teen Changemakers. Yashveer has co-authored a book #ChangeStartsYoung featuring inspiring stories of young changemakers from across India. For his work, Yashveer has been recognized in "Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia" list in the year 2016. He was also awarded Youth Action Net 2012.
Yashveer earned his MBA at University of Oxford, where he was the only MBA student to receive Vice-Chancellor Social Impact Award 2014 for his initiatives as Co-Chair Social Impact, Oxford Business Network (OBN). As the President of Student’s Union BITS Pilani 2006-07, Yashveer co-founded the University VISION 2020 Plan.

Who can participate in
YEB 2023
YEB is designed for school students who are excited about innovations and entrepreneurship. To participate in YEB 2023, you must be a student in any Grade between 9th to 12th (or equivalent). You need to submit your application before February 05th, 2023. It is advised to submit applications as early as possible, and not wait for the deadline.
Application fee is Rs. 500 per student.
Subsidized Fee for YEB 2023 (6-day programme) is Rs.15,000 per student.
This fee is inclusive of both way transfer (at specified time slots) to BITS-Pilani Goa campus from Airport/Railway station, Accommodation, Meals, access to campus facilities (like gym, sports etc), access to YEB Lecture Sessions, access to YEB Hands-On Sessions.
