A Gold Medalist in BTech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering – has earned MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the New Mexico State University (NMSU), USA. She worked for 5+ years as Analog IC Designer in Austin, Texas, USA.
She worked as the Program Director of StartFast Venture Accelerator - Upstate New York's top 1 accelerator program - and helped 10 startups scale/raise $2+ million.
After living in the USA for 15 years, she accepted the opportunity with T-Hub and relocated back to home with a great zeal to learn, serve, and build the innovation/startup ecosystem of India. She led had about 170+ startups graduate with ~$130 Million funds raised cumulatively and 7 of them acquired.
She presides over several advisory committees and panels that deal with innovation and entrepreneurship. She shares and lives the vision of the Government of Telangana in making Telangana as one of the innovation/startup destinations of the world.

Formally trained in mechanical engineering and business management, I gathered extensive experience in operations in international companies of repute. I have lived and worked in India, Oman and China - three countries with interestingly different industrial infrastructure, downstream industry and religious and cultural beliefs. This combination of formal education, 27 years of experience and immersion in diverse cultures helped me to become a change management, operational excellence, business finance and business strategy specialist.

Dr. Jagadeesh Babu Rangisetty has obtained his Master’s in Pharmacy and Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus in the year 1996. Currently he is Founder & CEO of Biophore India Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd.
He started Biophore in 2007 with a 7-member team and has steadily grown it over the years and has now made it a second home to around 1100 employees, with 55% being scientists. He is a part of 7 pharmaceutical companies that focus on research, manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations. Currently the products are being used directly or indirectly in over 60 countries. Several novel and breakthrough formulations have been introduced into the market which reduce the cost burden of the patients. Biophore, now, consistently ranks among the Top 10 US DMF filers with the US FDA year on year.

Lohit is the Founder & CEO at Edzok. Lohit graduated from BITS Pilani in 2009, and started his company from the business incubator at BITS Pilani. Since then Lohit has worked with governments, chain of schools and higher ed institutions to better different aspects of education. Lohit was also instrumental in executing UDAAN by CBSE to empower underprivileged girl children write JEE. Lohit's was ranked globally among top 25 by the Alan Alda Centre for Communicating Science at the Stony Brooke University. After 30 years of varied assignments in the Navy, Commodore Harsh Bhargava chose to become a Professor at Icfai Business School, Hyderabad. I am currently building a robotics startup called WCB Robotics. I started WCB Robotics as a time pass tinkering project during my BITS 2nd year. WCB Robotics is developing a façade cleaning robot for high rise skyscrapers. The robot we are developing, ELMO, is unlike anything that exists in the world using a flurry of proprietary and patented technologies including non-contact suction cups, a unique cleaning system etc. ELMO works by sticking to the glass using non-contact suction cup and then using wheels to navigate the façade while cleaning the façade using proprietary water-based cleaning system.
Engineering always fascinated me and the independence and freedom that the path of Entrepreneurship promised has always drawn my attention. So, when I realized in my college years that there were very few opportunities in core engineering which also pay well in India, I decided to start my own company.
