The program will adopt a design thinking approach to help the young creative minds, build an innovative product or service and develop a business model around it through the following: 1. A guided tour around Dubai to identify and realize real-life challenges, on-campus workshops and brainstorming sessions, to elucidate key global challenges using the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) framework. 2. Mind-mapping the challenges 3. Identify the relevant problems that are important from the perspective of societal and business impact; primary research through innovative modes of communication; secondary research, building a value proposition, target market/consumer segmentation 4. Brainstorm on possible solutions and reach convergence towards those that are commercially feasible: brainstorming feasibility analysis; costing and pricing models 5. Developing a prototype: as a piece of art/craft/content/website/app/etc.; minimum viable product-MVP 6. Develop a revenue model and conduct sensitivity analysis to incorporate risk and uncertainty
